The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to the BTS and two small minimarkets nearby. The studio room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a big and comfy bed. The service provided by the staff was excellent, with polite and responsive receptionists.
The swimming pool area lacked lounges, making it inconvenient for guests to relax. there was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom, which was unpleasant.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent, with polite and responsive service. The studio room was very comfy and spacious, with a big and comfy bed. The hotel's location was excellent for us, as it was a short walk to public transportation and there were minimarkets nearby. The hotel also provided a free shuttle to the BTS station every hour.

Our stay here was fantastic! We were impressed by the comfy bed, relaxing steam room, and well-maintained outdoor swimming pool. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the express check-in/-out and free shuttle service provided. Plus, the in-room facilities like the electric kettle and flat-screen TV made our stay even more enjoyable.

I had a very comfortable stay at Metropole Residence Sukhumvit 39. The room was spacious and well-designed, with a modern kitchenette that was handy. And laundry facilities in the room was a huge bonus, especially when traveling with children. The bed was also very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the hotel provided a tuk tuk service for nearby transportation, convenient when we were too tired or the weather was too hot. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a family-friendly and comfortable stay.

Spacious and comfortable room: The room at the hotel was spacious and provided all the comfort I needed. Excellent service: The staff at the hotel were polite and responsive to my requests. They spoke good English and made sure I had a pleasant experience.
Swimming pool setup: The swimming pool area was lacking lounges, inconvenient to relax by the pool without anywhere to sit or put your belongings. Sewage smell in the bathroom: There was a heavy sewage smell in the bathroom.
